With a deep rooted belief that true design is a tool to ensure products/ spaces are tailor made to user requirements, her focus has been on creating Interior spaces sensitive to the physical and psychological needs of the client(s). A Bachelors degree from CEPT University in Interior Design and her final year thesis on ‘Homes for the elderly’ oriented her towards sensitive and barrier free design.

She consults with Samarthyam, National Center for Accessible Environments where she provides design expertise for Universal Interior Architecture and also undertakes Accessibility Audits to ensure Public spaces are universally accessible and safe.

Anisha Sachdeva runs A I D.esign, a firm committed to the cause of ‘Aiding’ her clients and providing tailor made solutions for their various specific needs. In her career spanning 16 years she has worked on various scales of projects including access audits of Heritage monuments for Samarthyam with Archeological Survey of India, trainings for engineers and architects, airlines, education specialists and teachers, residential, commercial, hospitality and real-estate as the Head of design and/or design management.
